We help frontier tech companies develop strategies for accessing non-dilutive government funding

Most frontier tech companies are developing scientific innovations that have government applications. These could include:

  • Defense/security technologies
  • New energy breakthroughs
  • Cutting-edge therapeutics

However, most startups and VCs lack deep relationships in Washington DC and the knowledge of how to interact with their likely government sponsors.

Through this business, Overlap helps frontier tech startups develop the most effective strategies around which awards to apply for, and connects them to the right partners to execute on said strategies

  • Structured as a fee-for-consulting service (which our PortCos get for free)
